Do not have Canyon Restoration work on your house. This company has the worst workmen ship I have ever seen. The communication and organization is not there. The company could not keeps its word for anything. Canyons restoration was to fix my ac and heater due to an electrical fire at the disconnect in the ceiling where the air handler/ furnace is. I was told it would be a one day of work on multiple occasions. We asked if they had everything they needed to get it done in one day before paying deductible. After be reinsured it would be running that day we paid deductible. Later that day we were told that the new units wouldn’t be ready. A Micro burst in February 2023 damaged my roof and caused leakage in the house,the insurance company sent out canyon restoration who promptly set up fans to dry the damage, Insurance company decided to replace roof and made arrangements with canyon restoration to hire one of there roofing companies to do the repairs. After the new roof were completed , in time the rains came and the new roof leaked over my stairway worse than before the repair, they sent out roof repair people to redo some of the work, this time it was a different company who said the prior company did a bad job. The roof now has serious ponding issues as well. Now that the insurance has paid them they no longer follow up on the bad work. I called Canyon Restoration Services in Tucson after a surprise leak in my roof caused significant interior water damage. There is never a good time for this to happen but it occurred while I was recovering from chemotherapy. Canyon Restoration was incredibly helpful. The customer relations manager Stacy was kind, caring and spent time listening to all my concerns. I have always had home owners insurance but never had to make a claim. Stacy was able to communicate directly with the claims adjuster from my insurance company and handled all the paperwork from beginning to end. Brian, who was an extremely personable gentleman, took care of the immediate need to halt interior water damage. He used fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the leak area in my living room.
