I had such a great experience with Cap City Roofing!! I had an issue with my roof, it was raining and all the other companies told me it would take a week or more. I tried Angi and was talking to Rob before I was off the phone with Angi. They came out the next day to tarp my roof until the new roof could go on that weekend. Rob and Sean were great and the crew that showed up on time was amazingly fast and my roof turned out beautifully. Rob and Sean were there off and on to make sure it went smoothly, and it did - even though two prior roofers had just shingled over the original. I love Cap City Roofing! These guys genuinely care about the work they do and the quality of my Atlas roof is top notch! If you need a roof, do not hesitate to call Cap City!

Where do I begin? From start to finish Rob and De’Sean were so very professional. Talking with them didn’t feel like they had a script they were going by that all their costumer hear. My roof is almost 3,000 square feet and they came in On Friday morning 01/18/2025 (yesterday) and last night my roof was completed 01/18/2025. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I wouldn’t believe I could have it done in one day. I tell you that the roof looks amazing. The truck brought the supplies Thursday afternoon and when I was leaving for work the truck was coming in to drop the debris trailer off. If I’ve gone outside about 20 times to look at my roof. The sales pitch was great. The follow through was terrible! FIRST, I called for weeks, talked Rob and Chandler and it was over a month, before I got anyone from Cap City to come and look at a water leak I noticed in my ceiling AFTER my $14K roof installation. When Sean stopped by on his way to some place else, two workers spent about 10 minutes to put the top on a roof boot I found in my yard. He didn’t bother to let me know if that was the cause of the leak(s) or when they were going to repair my ceiling. That was 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue with the install. Shortly after the install/January 2025, I noticed Cap City did NOT replace the pest exclusion I specifically mentioned before the install to be aware of. Gave me great price estimate, worked with my limited availability, helped me get a new roof 4 months ahead of when I thought I could. Did good work on a tough, long job, left yard spotless afterward.

Very happy with their work. They explained everything, answered all my questions and the quality of the roof shows. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.
