I can’t say enough good things about Easy Pro! I thought my living room carpet was a lost cause after years of kids, pets, and coffee spills, but they brought it back to life. It looks (and smells) brand new. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extras I didn’t need. They even managed to get an old stain out of my couch that another company couldn’t touch. Pricing was fair, service was quick, and the results were way beyond my expectations. Highly recommend — I won’t be calling anyone else!

This guy did a fantastic job on my wall to wall carpet. It had years worth of living, stains, and odors. I thought for sure it was going to have to be replaced and that would cost a lot of $$.. Now It looks almost new! And the animal smell is gone! Now I can have people over again and not be embarrassed by the nasty carpet! He even came to do the job next day after I called! I'd recommend him to anyone!

If I could give Cape Ann Carpet Cleaning six stars, I would! I called these legends after my carpet looked like it had survived a toddler birthday party, a red wine tasting, and a dog’s emotional breakdown. I had low hopes and high anxiety. But WOW! I swear, my carpet is now so fresh that I feel like I’m in a new apartment. They were on time, professional, and didn’t judge me once (even though they probably should’ve). My rug went from “should we just burn it?” to “can we eat off this?” Seriously — if you’re even thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, stop scrolling and call Cape Ann Carpet Cleaning. We hired Mark to clean a wall to wall carpet that had multiples stains. We have had it cleaned several times before but with poor results. Mark spent a lot of time & the carpet is spotless! We could not be more pleased.
