He was able to accommodate my short-notice situation, which made a huge difference. Lori in the office got everything scheduled quickly and smoothly. Joe and Drew handled the installation and truly went above and beyond. They were efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The furnace was installed perfectly and the work area was left clean. Paone treated my job with care and urgency, and the level of service throughout was outstanding. Called Paone Mechanical with issue with one of my indoor heat pump units. Called back and set up an appointment for the next day. Technician texted me when he was on the way. He ran a few test on both inside and outdoor equipment, explained everything to me on operating the units. Great service tech and great company.
