I called for my 74 year old mother during the outage. Her phone was not working to call out only text. She was pretty close to empty nd was worried about running out, so I called and asked for same day delivery and I wasn’t sure how low she was but was pretty much out. She could not make it down stairs to check how low she was. She didn’t want to go to long without any oil. I had asked for 100 gallons, the driver filled her tank, and wrote on her reciept “ dishonesty charge not an emergency” well I never said it was a emergency, I said my mom needed oil delivered because she was almost out. The woman on the phone told me there might be a emergency fee and I said that was fine because my mom was worried about running out.
