Marcey Oil and Propane

We've worked with Marcey for five years and their service is really superb! We particularly appreciate that after an outage (like the terrible Feb. 2026 blizzard), they come quickly to top off the propane tank that powers our generator. But even in non-crisis times, they're always prompt and smart and courteous.

Have used Marcey for deliveries and service since 2020. They have been great. This year I have had to call them twice for problems with my burner, and was amazed how quickly they responded. Their technicians are great; professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been terrific.

They are extremely responsive and do a great job. During the last blizzard/power outage, they replaced the expansion tank on our furnace within minutes of our call for service. It seemed like the van pulled up before we hung up the phone! They were literally driving around town with replacement tanks in their van responding to many calls since the power outage had caused many tanks to expand and fail as they are designed to do! We could not be happier and they could not be nicer.

Due to medical necessity we needed a generator and propane installation. Calling Marcey Oil & Propane Co. was the best decision during an extremely difficult time. The courteous, knowledgeable, efficient staff assessed our needs and offered options and solutions. They provided us with product, supplies and a system that was flawlessly operational in record time. Marcey's even arranged for town inspections. All of this coupled with nice and supportive staff! I have used Marcey Oil for home delivery of propane. I am delighted with the delivery people as well as their office staff! My entire home in North Truro uses propane for heat, hot water as well as my dryer. When the truck arrives to fill my 500 gallon tank, the delivery person also offers to fill the propane take for my grill- a time saver for me! As an active Real Estate Broker here on the Outer Cape, I always refer my Clients to Marcey Oil.
