Cape Fear Water Damage Restoration

I had a water damage that was caused by a contractor that just remodeled a couple of bathrooms in my house. After calling servpro and being told that I would have to pay a $150 estimate fee - I called Cape Fear Water Damage Restoration. They asked a few questions over the phone and Brian was out bright and early the next morning. He did a thorough estimate (which I was not charged for) and gave me a detailed report of what needed to be fixed (restored) and what would take place to manage my expectations.
