A service technician analyzed our hot water heater but left no paperwork on diagnosis. I contacted Cape Quality during their compressed hours 9am-1pm (at 9:10) and got the answering machine so I asked to be contacted. Getting near 1pm with no reply I called again and got a real person. When I explained that I left a message at 9:10 she said the phone has been ringing all day so she hasn't even listened to the messages. Wow! Really? So if you call during off hours or don't get through and leave a message then everyone who calls after you gets priority? When I asked this I was told perhaps I should get someone else to service my heater. Nice to have so much business you can be rude and turn people away.

Called Eric mead to replace a part for my family’s summer home. Part was not replaced but he billed my family for the part. He also shut off heat to an area of the house causing the pipe to burst when winter came around. I asked him to fix the problem and he again never showed up.
