Last summer the cleaning service was usually ok but I had trouble with the consistency of time and personnel. I have used this service for many years and I really miss the reliability and consistency of staff and cleaning times. In addition, when we are not living there the crew always leaves window open and/ neglects to set the alarm…this never used to happen.

The Furies Cleaning Staff Helped Me with a Vacation Cleaning Last Summer (2024) at Surfside Cottages in Wellfleet, MA. This Substantially Reduced the Cleaning Work I Was Required to Perform Myself After Checking Out of the Vacation Rental Cottage. There is No Maid Service Provided at the Cottage Colony and All Guests are Required to Leave the Cottage in Clean Condition Prior to Checking Out. When I Scheduled the Cleaning Over the Phone, The Furies/Cross Overs Services Cleaning Division Manager Was Very Helpful. She Understood My Circumstances that I Needed Cleaning Help as I am a Solo Traveler. I Let Her Know That I Rather Pay for Cleaning Help than Having to Perform All the Required Cleaning Tasks/Chores Myself. Will Hire the Furies/Cross Over Services to Assist Me with Future Vacation Cl

We have used The Furies for 20 years to clean between weekly rentals. This year, though we booked months in advance as usual, they missed the last 4 out of 5 cleanings, and if we hadn't heard from the most recent renters, they would have continued to not clean. As it is, they are now booked for the rest of the summer and we have to find backup without their help. We have enthusiastically recommended them in the past. Never again.

Highly professional, very accommodating cleaning service with sparkle! They are an excelllent company which does a stellar job. We use them for our home here in Wellfleet and as a between renters service during summer months. Kate and Sarah, administrators are excellent and give that little extra that makes them stand out, and their cleaning professionals make everything shine. Highly recommend! Prices are reasonable and their reliability truly is outstanding.
