We had a consultation that was lengthy and seemed thorough. We appreciated the insights offered. We were told we would receive an estimate in 1-2 weeks. We didn't receive. I wanted to be understanding if they got our email address wrong or something, so I sent an email to them after 2+ weeks. It's now been 2 months, and have gotten absolutely NO response. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't communicate back to you at all, especially when they're trying to earn your business.

Excellent work done at an incredibly competitive price. Tom is easy to work with, his bid was detailed, and he was flexible with us when we decided to add (last-minute) some heating cable to our gutter bid. His team's gutter work has helped our drainage in the summer and should help our ice-dam problem in the winter.

I had Capital City Exteriors install new gutters/covers; cover fascia and sofits. I couldn't be happier with the job done. The Owner, is a very, professional businessman and well as a hard, working meticulous laborer. His estimate was also, reasonable.
