they did such an awesome, quick, and professional job. it took about 2 weeks from initial contact to job completion. it was the best priced place we got quotes from too. we had ugly red mulch the previous owners put down, ancient garden beds, a random rock bed, and lots of holes and divots through out the yard. we wanted all of it gone, the lawn leveled, and grass seed planted. it’s going to look even more beautiful when the grass grows & our toddler is going to love being back here.

Capital City coordinated clean up after a 100+ year old fir tree was removed from a spot near my house. They hauled away the truck, ground two stumps, removed a bunch of St. John's Wort in a bed around that old tree, regarded the yard and got it ready to replant or sod the lawn. They were less expensive than the tree removal guys would have been to clean up after the tree was down. They showed up on time and got it all down quickly. Their machines damaged a paved walk during the haul away. They came back with no hassle at all and fixed everything right away. Good work. Reasonable price. I will ask them back.

Capital City Landscaping did two projects for us recently, one a combination block retaining wall and poured concrete stairway; the other a retaining wall along an already existent curved stairway behind our deck. With both projects Capital City exceeded our expectations in both beauty and function. Tony and Zach did a great job identifying some challenges and giving us options to consider. The crew was very skilled and hardworking and sought our input along the way to make sure we were satisfied with the plan. We hired CCLM last October to do basic lawn maintenance at the house we were renting. It was a short job (5 weeks) and CCLM was the only local landscaping company willing to help. We contacted 4 other companies and they either didn’t respond, or said sorry, without a year contract there wasn’t anything they could to. CCLM stepped in and transformed our yard. Side note, we were breaking the lease early (we had just purchased a new home) and needed the lawn to look its best to help our Landlord find new tenants. CCLM was a life saver as we also had a family emergency during this time and couldn't maintain the 3/4 acre lawn. We've used Capital City Landscape Maintenance to maintain the common areas of our HOA and they are fantastic! They are responsive to our needs, the crew is polite and professional, and honestly, the park looks better than it ever has.
