This company is truly excellent at what they do. My water heater broke on Sunday, I called on Monday, and they came out on Tuesday. Even installing a brand-new water heater took only an hour and a half. They worked very neatly, and after the job was finished, they left my garage clean and organized. The person who answered the phone was also incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much. If we ever have any plumbing issues in our home again, we’ll definitely call this company, and I’ll recommend them to others as well. Thanks to you, I have hot water again.

The service I experienced today was excellent. Accommodated my work schedule with the appointment time. Showed up on time. Kaleb was wonderful to work with, explaining what needed to happen, the price and even gave a senior discount. Kaleb was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience from start to finish, which all took place the same day. Our hot water line broke in our crawl space when we had a house full of visiting family. Leif took care of it expertly and efficiently, and gave us a thorough explanation before and after the work was completed. All at a cost less than I expected. Very highly recommend Springer!

I've been going to Springer Plumbing for nearly 30 years, and have often referred friends to them. They were my first call, when my water heater started showing signs of its age. At first, I was just looking for a little advice, so I could do the work myself - thinking that I could easily replace the defective component (I had already purchased a temperature/pressure relief valve). When their technician arrived and examined my system, I learned that there was a problem with the temperature controller (and possibly also the expansion tank) that was more serious than I had realized. I received a letter from the City of Tumwater letting me know an excessive amount of water had been used at my house of rthe previous month and they suggested I contact someone for a possible leak. I immediately called Springer Plumbing and they came out the same day! They did a thorough inspection inside and outside my house while also checking my meter and the turn off valves. Their conclusion was I had an underground leak in my pipes (or irrigation system) and recommended a comany that spcializes in finding undetectable leaks (that company had 60 5-star reviews and also came the same day I called them). Springer Plumbing did an excellent job and I trust them with any referrals they may have! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs..
