CSM Heating Cooling & Roofing

CSM's Project #2 for me - was the Roofing team. From the Manager Eric and his terrific Roofing team to the very helpful office support staff- Becka :). They did an amazing job replacing my 18 year old roof that had already developed mildew /algae on the north facing portion. They ably were able to replace those sections with improved newer materials. The team's cleanup and protection of my plants on the ground was also meticulous and well thought out! Much appreciated:). The HVAC crew - Jason and company - who also did an amazing job a month earlier (see separate review) improving my HVAC efficiency and even after a long day - making sure everything was meticulous in cleanup. Both bids were very competitive (I got 3 different ones for each job) and I was super impressed from the get-

A#1 from start to finish. I got 5 estimates and went with CSM. They were the 2nd cheapest and provided a top-rated ducted split system heat pump. The salesman was patient and helpful with follow-up questions. The installation team was great from the crawl space guy through the interior cabinet builders. The electrician was efficient and helpful to the team. I'm most impressed with the quality installation of the air handler (it was a tight space) and with the clean install of the outside unit.

I cannot recommend this company enough! First and foremost they were on time, never rescheduled or delayed the install, had all the equipment /parts they needed on site. 1. Estimate Seth gave me an estimate for a ductless mini split heat pump system. I was looking for recessed ceiling units to provide air conditioning & heating. After looking at the layout of my condo he explained my options. He gave me 3 estimates at different price points for my financial situation. 2. Install Day Seth also came out first day of the 2 day install and gave me the run down on the schedule. He relayed my location preferences of the ceiling units to the crew. 3. Electrician The electrician was amazing. He was able to creatively work around weird things in my condo & behind the walls that was unexpected. Kep

Excellent customer service! Seth is absolutely the best! Our heat pump has been working fine, but still felt we weren't getting enough heat. Seth came to our house to help us adjust the thermostat features instead of trying to do it over the phone. Very happy with the system and his service! Today he called to follow up and ensure we were satisfied.

We had nothing but great experiences with them. I got a full replacement after the flood of 2020. Love my new furnace and ducting. Now had them fix my mom after the low income people came and said theirs nothing wrong with hers when blowing cold air. Chehalis came found the bad part charged her a fair price and now her heat works as should. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks 😊
