He made the whole process easy for me by clearly explaining everything, letting me know what to expect, and maintaining frequent contact with me. Joe was hands-on and always reliable. He met with the village inspectors and with insurance representatives to make sure everything went smoothly. I am completely satisfied with the installation of my roof and gutters by Capital and with the service provided by Joe Gipp.

He thoroughly walked me through the whole process with ease. His experienced & professional team completed the roof and gutter in timely manner with quality. 3 years later, there was a little leaking around my skylight. I called Joe and Dennis and they responded immediately. They came and fixed the leaking the next day. Most companies would disappear or refuse to repair anything after money is collected.
