I would like to amend my initial review. After some initial frustration with the freight service, I received an incredibly thoughtful and detailed email from the owner. Describing the situation and the realties of the freight cost. This is the type of customer service and considerate communication that is missing in this world. I did not intend or ask for such a response, but one was sent to me on a Saturday morning. The ownership and staff here is quite incredible and really in a class of their own. So, if you are exhibiting in Marlborough, this is the contracting company. Thank you for your detailed, thoughtful communication.
Due to miscommunication, we received an inaccurate charge, but when I brought it to their attention I was SO PLEASED with how they responded. Courteous, took my concerns seriously, and resolved the situation within the day. Lori in particular was great to work with!! Thanks, Capital!!
