Services was excellent. A local competitor was going to charge us $389 just to come out and diagnose our problem. Capital Hearth cleaned our unit, replaced our thermocouple and our wall switch for less than $300. They will certainly get all my gas fireplace business in the future.

Contacted CHS to service our direct vent gas fireplace. Fast and efficient response. Our tech Cailen did a great job getting the fireplace back on line. Highly recommended!

WOW ! What a TREMENDOUS job that Micah did for us. We had an older fireplace where the pilot light would not work and where the ignitor switch was no longer working. Micah came out and fixed both problems, the fireplace flame looks higher, the "coals" look brighter, and the thing is working like a charm. I could NOT be happier with the service (on-time), the quality of work (fireplace is performing better), and the price (under $ 200 !). How could you ask for more ? I would NOT hesitate to have them come out -- truly OUTSTANDING service ! THANK YOU !!
