Had a situation where heat was out on older oil boiler and suspected it was the heat circulating pump and reached out and they found time to come out and repair it. Initially had some confusion with the maintenance agreement and also with the charges but the owner John was communicative and interested in making sure things were cleared up and that the costs accurately accounted for both the work that was performed as well as that it was fair for both me as the consumer and for him as the business owner. Quality of the repair itself was great too.

John and his installation team did a great job for us. Best price, efficient unit, solid support after the sale. Totally satisfied!

Our central air conditioning unit failed during a recent heat wave. We reached out NB Mechanical, and they scheduled a service visit promptly. Communication from the office was outstanding. They returned as soon as the part needed for the repair was available and their Technician was skilled, professional, and courteous. NB Mechanical is highly recommended.

Had a failure with our oil furnace and the technician was great with the troubleshooting. He even "re-tested" to be sure he had truly solved the issue.

Last year, 5 different HVAC companies came out to my house to help me figure out why I couldn’t get the house to ever feel comfortable. Each suggested a different part on either the condenser or the other part of the unit but all seemed truly baffled on why it wasn’t working well. NB showed me the deficiencies in my duct work were truly to blame. I followed their plan to improve my whole system and, well the proof is in the pudding so to speak… almost every bill in the last year saw more than a 50% reduction in electric usage and cost.
