Carl and his team were fantastic! Capital Insulation did a great job overall. Very responsive and communicative. Walked me through the cost options and explained in detail each step of their process - and each repair they had to make. Provided me with detailed photos and cleared everything with me before executing the work. Cleaned up the work area too! Very positive experience and I recommend them!

Amazing experience with Capital Insulation! We had a horribly cold space underneath the front door (next to the garage) which had major air leaks. Since it's in the "basement" of our townhouse, the entire basement was very cold, as was our front entryway. Capital Insulation sprayed foam insulation into that area which rose the winter temp down there by 20 degrees! So much better. They also took out our old attic insulation and attic fan (since we now have effective ridge venting from our new roof), then they blew in better insulation, and solved lots of problems that were previously in the attic. Very happy with the results.

Excellent experience with Capital Insulation. The quote process was quick and informative. Their price was in line with other quotes but we got way more than others were suggesting. They even modified the contract to go above and beyond what was quoted. Overall, would absolutely recommend them if you need to replace or improve your insulation!

A couple of years ago, Karl's crew did a beautiful job of insulating under my roof. They came in, got the job done, and were gone before I knew it. And they left no sign behind that they had been there. Quick, neat and clean! Then in the course of selling my home two weeks ago, a home inspector stated that my soffit vents were clogged with insulation and not functioning. I called Karl and asked if he could check. He came the next morning because he was concerned that something might possibly have not been done right. He heaved a big ladder up against my house, climbed up and removed the soffit vent to take a look. They were as clean as could be, and he took pictures to prove it. We live in the Signal Hill neighborhood and our house is 46 years old. Capital Insulation replaced the insulation in our attic 2 weeks ago. The whole experience was excellent. John and his people are terrific. Can't recommend them highly enough.
