Highly recommend Rossi Pest Services! I had yellow jackets in my house, entering thru second story eaves. Jack arrived promptly, with a 20 foot ladder, ready to help. They really uphold their 30 day guarantee. Jack had to return a couple times to treat inside (this required removing drywall from my ceiling (I was happy he was willing to do) to be able to remove the nest from the ceiling crawl space. Happy Yellow Jacket nest is gone! Jack is punctual, professional and friendly. Rossi pest services is amazing. These guys go above and beyond. If ever an issue arises, they are so fast to come and help. We had a cockroach problem that they solved right away and got rid of all of them quickly. And they’ve helped get rid of mice in the garage and attic. They are all such nice guys, so professional and wonderful to work with. We’d give them a 5+ star rating a million times over!

My husband and I are refinancing our home, and needed a WDI/termite inspection done ASAP. Their management was very friendly and called/emailed promptly, and was able to get us scheduled same-day. Jack came out and was very timely (at the early end of the time estimate he provided) and got us the form within a few hours after the appointment. I highly recommend if you need a WDI!
