We live in Hampton VA and the service from Capitol was exceptional. The price was where I expected it to be and the quality of their product is exceptional. The difference from my old windows is unreal. We are so happy with the team, Erkan the installer and Mike were great. We couldn’t be happier.

The installation of our windows by Capital Remodeling with our siding was perfect. It has improved the look of our home on the inside and the outside. We have reduced sound at night when sleeping. We had 6 horizontal sliders installed and they function easily. The screens are almost invisible. The white vinyl is clean and sharp. The glass reflects damaging sun while letting light in the rooms. We hope to work with them in the future to install 4 additional windows and recommend Capital Remodeling if you are considering new replacement windows for your home.

They sold me with lifetime warrenty on my window install. I have no talked to someone 3 times over the last 12 months to get a broken window replaced and they tell me a technician will call and schedule and they never do. Highly do not recomend

If you’re looking for home remodeling do not consider Capital Remodeling. They will say they can create your dream but what they mean and do is create your nightmare. Less than 1000 sq ft area and it took them 9 months to complete the job. We the customers were project managers because Capital is okay with putting up and leaving crap material. They won’t apply for permits unless you enforce it and mention your own homeowners insurance company. They are overpriced and not of high quality material and service despite what they tell you. Deceptive sales tactics, Bait and switch materials, and lack of customer service. Home depot is cheaper and probably better all around service. P.S. we had a whole baby and they weren’t done. Baby is 3 months now and we just finalized a crappy contract. P.S.

If I could give a zero start I would! We've got allot of issues with the windows being broken and the steel being exposed besides the crap job they did on the installation. We've been trying to get ahold of the company but keep getting the run around or they just won't pick up the phone. Not worth the money it cost to have all our windows and doors done! Save your money!
