Scheduled us in very quickly due to damage done by a general contractor. Repair was done quickly, finishing work to match the rest of the house was also superb

When he was finished, he explained that we will only need a fireplace cleaning every other year, and included a discount because our chimney was relatively clean and didn't require as much work as we expected. He could have charged us full price and advised yearly cleaning and I wouldn't have known the difference. Kevin earned our loyal business.

Kevin came out and did a clean/inspection. Took time to explain how our fireplace worked (we recently bought the house) and how to safely use it. He also checked out a separate gas fireplace and showed us how it worked as well. He even humored our kids in checking out their Halloween decorations. Great value all around.
