Capitol District Supply Albany

I’ve only visited the Counter at Capitol District Supply in Albany a few times over the past few years, but every visit including today has been a great experience. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, and they take the time to make sure you get what you need. Their prices are fair, and the overall service is top-notch. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for heating and plumbing supplies.

After being contacted, as a result of making a web site wish list, I was able to conclude my business within a few days. My salesman, Kenny, was an outstanding representative for the business. Friendly, professional, polite and most importantly helpful. I have lived around the corner from this business for years but always opted for the big box stores. I never thought that my one item purchase would be treated with the same attention as the big contractors purchases. I was wrong. Excellent experience visiting this shop. I had been to a few other box stores in the area looking for a very specifically sized part for my tub drain which they couldn't provide any help with. When I showed the gentleman behind the counter here the piece I needed to replace he literally reached under the counter and pulled one out. They were very friendly and I felt no shame for my lack of plumbing knowledge. They answered all my questions very patiently. Ill be back for any future plumbing endeavors.

Highly recommend! Great customer service from picking out all the products for my new bathroom right up until delivery. All the staff is absolutely excellent! If I could give an extra star I would :)
