I was extremely pleased with the whole business from start to finish! Customer service on the phone was very professional, kind, easy and thorough! Originally, she stated that my appointment date would be August 2nd (a week after I was calling) but that she would try her best to get someone sooner. Well they ended up coming that same day! The guy (Michael) came with his two sons and he explained everything to me and was super nice. He sprayed down my drains AND left me some of the same spray since ants have been living in my pipes 🥴 His sons were super thorough spraying throughout the whole house and even were considerate going in my room where my 2 year old was sleeping!….if they continue to be this amazing I will not call another extermination business again! 10/10 would recommend!!

We chose Capital Pest for a refinance pest inspection. They were very quick to respond to our online request and the tech was very polite and thorough! What set them apart for us was when we needed to provide an inspection of all outside structures to the lender. They came out within an hour completed the inspection the tech again was very respectful and the second inspection was at no cost! Will definitely call them again as needed!

Before contacting Capitol, I reached out to a well known exterminator that inspected the property and found nothing. They also would not offer treatment without a 5 year, $3500 contract. I called Capital Pest Control the next morning. Michael came out to my home, gave it a thorough inspection, located where termites were entering my home and gave me a quote for a fraction of the above price. After accepting the quote, they sent a team to treat my home the same day. Talk about superior value and service… I can vouch for this company and moving forward will use them for preventative maintenance. I am one happy customer!
