Capital Roofing installed a standing seam metal roof on my house & shed and also installed two Twirly Bird attic vents completing an outstanding job. My consultant (Randy) answered my questions and concerns I had, and the installing team (George and his two team members) worked great as a team and created a beautiful roof for my property. The installation was quality all the way. “Thank You” Capitol Roofing.

Had to get my roof replaced due to hail and storm damage. Capitol Roofing was the company the originally installed our roof when the house was built, so that was our first call. We had no interaction with them during the original build, so I didn't know what to expect as far as customer service, but I will absolutely continue to contact them for our future roofing needs. Their office staff is outstanding...super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The estimate they provided for the project was only about $5 off from my insurance estimate. They got everything scheduled and done in a timely manner. Their install team kept everything in good order. Highly recommend this amazing team of people!!

Not so good customer service. Called six weeks ago (Oct 2025) for a new roof. Told the project manager wouldn’t be able to contact me for another two weeks. I did receive an email from the project manager (Tyler), who asked for insurance claim information, which I forwarded. He said he would follow up with me soon. No contact. I followed up with another email and text message. No response after four weeks of waiting. Not exactly the customer service that I was expecting from The Best of the Best!” Clearly they don’t want my business.

Tyler from Capitol Roofing is an absolute beast! He dealt directly with my insurance carrier, Allstate (which was a major headache), and made sure I was truly in good hands. Honestly, the only “good hands” in this process were with Capitol Roofing. Tyler went above and beyond to advocate for me and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Capitol Roofing—especially if you want someone who will fight for you and get the job done right!

I've had two patches done by them as I am doing remodeling work. They did a phenomenal job patching it with attention to detail to ensure it would not leak in both cases. One being right in the middle of a valley where I had removed a cast iron stack. Over a year later and it has not leaked at all. The other being where I had removed an old brick chimney. In both cases, it looks like there was never anything there. I will definitely call them for any bigger jobs I may have with additions or replacement in the future. Highly recommend Capitol Roofing.
