Sadly, my experience was not a good one. Ben and his staff are professional and respond to emails, I cannot fault them there. However, I ordered windows in April 2024, they were delivered and installed September 2024, and I immediately noticed all 6 fog up when the sun hit them. They replaced 3 in March 2025 and 3 in September 2025. A 1 year and 6 month project. I called, sent photos, emails, and I have detailed documentation of all correspondence. No urgency to help me, no consideration of time. I highly recommend charging payment to a credit card with a big job like this (accept that cc fee) so you have recourse, unlike me, who foolishly paid by check.
