Captain Cool Cooling & Heating (Formerly Anchor Air)

I highly recommend Captain Cool for all your HVAC needs. We have a maintenance contract with the company which includes system checkups/maintenance every 6 months and emergency service. We have never needed emergency service and I credit this to the thorough maintenance Captain Cool provides. I mentioned to Zack, the technician who performed our latest maintenance, that I occasionally had heard a loud noise on start up since his last visit and that my electric bill had increased. Zack quickly found the issue and replaced the malfunctioning part which he had on hand in his truck. Zack, and the other techs, are friendly and professional and answer any and all questions eagerly.

I have been so happy with the service I receive from Captain Cool. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and polite and helpful, but I want to particularly thank Zach for sharing his knowledge and monthly home maintenance tips, and making me feel more confident.

Found these guys over a year ago when my ac went out and service was great! Just had first of 2 visits to check everything for the upcoming season with their membership and another great service call (w/Skyler). Definitely recommend!!

Skyllar Baker was awesome. He was honest and explained details of what future plans could be, what we could do now, and current condition of my unit. Explained it in a way understood. Was upfront about everything and taught me way to keep my unit clean between services.

Skyllar is a great technician and customer service agent. He is very knowledgeable about the systems and can explain things at a basic level. He lets me know what options I have and which things are “nice to have” compared to “need to have” I trust Skylar and Captain Cool to take care of my HVAC system.
