The scope of work they would provide was explained to me in detail and I felt it was reasonably priced. A five person crew was sent to the site and they worked tirelessly to get the job completed. Honestly, the areas they cleaned, removing all flooring and cleaning and sanitizing the walls and ceiling, looked better than when the rental house was purchased. If I needed an extreme clean again, I would not hesitate to call Ana or Mitchell.
