We had the BEST Experience with this man! He was so nice, and honest too! He came back twice to fix my dryer and also ordered a part to fix the microwave. He's excellent and very reliable! Excellent experience and tremendous customer service...We required service for two separate issues on our Jennair dishwasher. (One longstanding minor issue, and one new major functional issue.) Our initial call was answered promptly, and the service call was scheduled for the following day. On the day of the service, the repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problems. We provided him our approval to order the required replacement parts, which arrived within the next few business days. The repairman then called to schedule a follow-up appointment for the following day. On the day of the follow-up service, the repairman arrived on time once again. He promptly repaired the 'major' functional issue, but found that the replacement part which Jennair sent for the 'minor' iss

Awful. The guy didn’t know how to pull out my dishwasher from under the counter. Then asked me if I knew how to. And he’s an appliance guy. Shouldn’t he know how to do that? His excuse was that he didn’t have the proper tools. Again isn’t he the appliance guy?. He then proceeded to gather his tools tell me sorry and then walk out the door. I wouldn’t recommend them. Heck no!

He came to repair a dryer. when he was done he said "all set" and left. When we went down to see there was blood all over everything. He must have cut himself and didnt tell us. He bled all over the white carpet, three white shrts, there was blood on the sink,the floor, all over everything. we have an infant!!!! Now he called us saying we have to pay for his medical bills because he needed stitches!!!! Whirlpool sent him to us. We are suing whirlpool as well as Herbert Cardinal. DO NOT LET THIS MAN ON YOUR PROPERTY HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. unfortunately for him I am very experienced in this area and am well aware of insurance and parameters. And the kicker is he never even fixed the dryer. All he had to do was tell us he hurt himself. He called usthree weeks later threatening us with his medic

Terrible approach to appliance service for my Frigidaire. It has been 4 weeks. They don't call, they lie. My advice, find out who services an appliance you're thinking of buying next. If it's these guys, look elsewhere or find a different brand. Very very disappointing.
