Cardinal Heating and Air LLC

Cardinal assisted me with Mini split installation. Very unprofessional. Not responsive at all. I paid in full on the day of service as he was very very adamant on getting the money and wouldn't leave until its paid but doesn't want to give invoice the same day. I trusted him to get back the next day and never showed up. I've been following up for the invoice since 2 months. No response at all. Sent Emails, texts, multiple phone calls but wouldn't care to respond. Not Happy, wouldn't recommend. Work was incomplete with gaps identified by the County. He said minisplit doesn't require county inspection and is not his responsibility. At least lineset is not covered all the way. He wants to charge more for these again. Overall, frustrated and regret choosing Cardinal and Ben.

Ben was great and very fair on pricing, very professional. Would definitely recommend
