Dianna patiently walked us through options, provided renderings and was able to pivot quickly when we changed our mind about our initial cabinet choice in a patient, graceful manner. I stopped in today to look for a sample of a specific color of Benjamin Moore paint. There were 3 guys in the paint department, one was helping a customer. I was never offered any assistance. When I brought the color card to the front and asked to get a sample, the guy behind the counter was not helpful, rattling off a price for a quart and no offer of a solution or an explanation I could understand on why buying a sample was not possible. I asked if he could write down on the card, the cost of the paint in flat, semi gloss and satin. You would have thought I was asking him to plough the back forty. I left wondering if this is a place for customers or just contractors. I still don't know. I was going to buy paint to do my entire interior including all walls, ceilings, doors and trim. I can
