Doug and the entire team took great care of our family. We had open, honest discussions upfront on budget and timeline. They delivered on everything and more. Our project manager, Mike, was fantastic. He answered all our questions and calls. He always followed up and kept us up to date on the progress of our project and what to expect. Travis and his concrete team did a great job getting into a tight area and leaving a great product with great cleanup and care on the way out. Great group and company

We had an amazing experience with Care Free Pools! From the start to the finish, they were fast and efficient with the construction, and their communication was top notch! You will not find a better pool company. Doug, Heather, Mike, Travis, Lisa, the excavators (Umberto and Israel) and the entire concrete crew are the best you will find. Our build was a bit of a challenge as we hit rock on the first day delaying their timeline (only by a couple days.) Mike and Travis immediately got the right people in place. They both communicated consistently and clearly throughout this project. They answered every question we had without hesitation. Most importantly, what stood out the most was their integrity- they clearly do what they say they will which gave us complete confidence throughout

Care Free Pools installed our saltwater pool this fall and we’re fast, efficient! Mike our PM for the project did an excellent job in communicating and keeping us informed. They worked with us every step, planning the placement, picking tiles and tying into our existing concrete patio. It looks like we built the home with the pool-Seemless looking. We just finished our project with Carefree Pools and we are so pleased with how our backyard paradise has turned out. Carefree was incredibly efficient with our project and we were done in under 4 weeks with the pool! Every crew that came out was hard working, kind, and did great work. From start to finish, Carefree was great at communicating, made things easy to understand, and wanted our satisfaction to be priority. Doug, Mike, Brandon, Andrew, and Travis were great to work with and did a fantastic job making sure each phase went as planned. I couldn’t recommend this company more. They have solid people working for them and seem to be a family at heart. We can’t wait to enjoy our pool for many years to come!!

Care Free Pools just completed a pool at our new home and we couldn’t be any happier with the results! The install went very well and Doug and his entire team were phenomenal to work with.
