Excellent company to work with. They were quick to call me back schedule an appointment and get my floors measured. Very happy with their service. I live long distance and they were even able to mail out samples of product to me.

Brian came to our home at the appointed time. Our goal was to get a price on new carpets. Brian suggested he would send in his carpet cleaners at no charge to see if he could get spots out we were unable to in one of the rooms to save the job being a bigger one. This was done successfully. The carpets were replaced in 3 other rooms. The price was reasonable and the workmanship outstanding and fast. Cleanup was great.We couldn't be more pleased. We will get Carefree Floors in the future. Thank you everyone at Carefree Floors.

Brian and the entire staff at Carefree Floors are terrific to deal with. They are always friendly and prompt. Carefree Floors has replaced carpet in two rooms, installed LVP in another and cleaned carpets for us over the years. I highly recommend you consider them for your flooring needs.

Overall experience was average at best. Wood floor installers definitely not true professionals. Always seemed rushed and often confused. Had to tear out one room and replace due to running in the wrong direction. Several chipped tiles at transitions, which they tried to hide, we’ll just find the chip and glue it back in. Helper dumped over a bucket of grout and was cursing and swearing at the top of his lungs. My wife was horrified to say the least. Owner is decent enough and tried but his help leaves a lot to be desired. Except the folks at the office, they were very nice.
