These guys did an incredible job! Initially I went with Careful Movers because Mercedes, my customer service rep, was great. She checked in several times during the planning process - to see if I had questions, to clarify details, to problem solve logistics, and finally to confirm everything. Then the wonderful crew arrived. All the guys were polite, professional, and fun to be around. They packed carefully (no pun intended), they were thoughtful, and didn’t hesitate to ask questions if they needed information. Our crew leader was communicative and had a fabulous command of all the details! I was very impressed! I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a much less stressful moving experience! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

The Careful Movers team was amazing! They were very professional. They broke down and rebuilt a phone booth after transporting it to our office from a warehouse. They even fixed certain parts of the phone booth so once it was set up, it was in better condition than it was in the warehouse. Highly recommend them for an office move!

I heard about this company who moved with them twice. It was very easy to book their services and they sent 4 guys and a truck to help us. For context we moved from a 3 story house to another 3 story house. No appliances but we do have a large bed, small bed, tvs, sofa, 2 sit-stand desks, and other furniture. They helped us disassemble and reassemble furniture. We were 80% packed and they helped us the rest of the way. They are super nice, very hardworking, and all-around awesome. I’ve moved at least 5x in the last 10 years and they are the best movers of all the services we’ve used. I had to rearrange some furniture at the new place and they didn’t give any complaints. We needed someone for a long distance move of a few heavy items. I ultimately chose Careful Movers, who offered a flat rate for a shared truck. Ruben was great with setting everything up, and luckily we were paired with another customer quite quickly. For these shared truck moves, it seems different companies will charge different ways—Careful charged by the hour for packing and boxing (plus for the boxes), but loading and unloading were part of the flat rate, as was all costs associated with the drive (gas, food, lodging etc). Another company I looked into charged by the cubic foot. The only niggle with Ruben is he forgot the time of our scheduled video walk-through. Enrique and his team at Careful Movers were fantastic. They’re incredibly friendly, professional, and truly careful with your belongings — they really live up to the name. I appreciated how patient they were when I changed my mind about furniture placement, even moving items back and forth without any complaints. They kept a positive attitude the entire time and worked nonstop, only taking a very short break after hours of moving. I highly recommend Careful Movers and would gladly use them again.
