I had CareMate come out to do window cleaning on 2 properties. From the time I inquired to when the job was done there was full informational communication from start to finish. The crew did an excellent job! They came, did the job quickly, & thoroughly! A job well done! I was later contacted by them with an offer for existing customers for Christmas lights installation. I booked the job on Wednesday and it was completed Thursday! Again, a crew than came and did their job professionally, left no mess behind, polite, friendly and effectively! I will CareMate again! Although I can’t really take photos of clean windows I’ll add photos of the Christmas lights

The increased privacy and decreased interruption from this method was ideal, and the result of the utmost quality. And check out these lights! They provide, hang, clip, remove, and store them. We plan to get both these services in just two brief visits every year.

My neighbor, that recommended your services, asked me if I was satisfied with the outcome of the roof cleaning. I said I thought I was expecting a little more; that the stains did not entirely come off. This is why I am a bit dismayed. After the first application, the workers did not decide to do a second attempt at removing the rest of the staining.

Upon calling & leaving a message received a response within the hour & an estimate followed very quickly. Agreed & was give an apt for 2 days later. I was amazed as most companies I had left messages for never responded! Three men showed up promptly on Tuesday morning. They were very friendly & efficient & helpful. They cleaned the outside of the entire house, attached garage & all outside windows in under 3 hours. They did an absolutely amazing job& we are so pleased. I would highly recommend this company & will definitely have them back when needed!
