Excellent customer service, workmanship and care for people seems rare for most businesses these days, but not with Krause Heating & Cooling. Bill and his team are excellent. We wish more people and businesses were like them. We have been customers for over 20 years. They respond fast, are honest, and actually look for ways to save you money. They have never suggested repairs that aren't needed. When our 18 year old furnace was getting noisier, Austin tried to do whatever he could to prevent a costly repair. Unfortunately, it was obvious it was time to replace the furnace. Krause and his team were excellent to work with. They truly care about making sure their customers have heat. Bill Krause, you are one in a million and our family appreciates you and your team.

This review is long overdue but just wanted to say that Krause is a wonderful company. We had a heater go out a couple years ago a few days before Christmas and it was so cold. Krause was so wonderful in getting us setup so quickly and even offering to let us use their heaters temporarily for the night until they could get to us. We've used them again to do a new air-conditioning system as well as continuing to service our house. 10/10 would recommend, very standup owner and employees.

What a great company! In less than a week since requesting an estimate, Krause Heating & Cooling's highly skilled techs had my new furnace installed and old one removed in under 6 hours! And they did it right the first time! 🤗🤸🤸‍♀️🏋‍♂️

We are very thankful for the service we received from start to finish. I spoke with Bill initially and he was very helpful and got a crew out to our house immediately. We were also very impressed with the team that was sent out to replace our furnace in an emergent situation. They were kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Bonnie called after the project was complete to make sure everything was up and running. We highly recommend Krause Heating and Cooling.

On one of the coldest days of the year, my daughters gas furnace decided to not ignite. The local gas company wasn't much help. So I called Krause heating and a serviceman was there in 2 hours, diagnosed the issue and installed the replacement parts in about another hour. Just another reason I have always relied on Krause Heating and Cooling for my family's comfort.
