I am very pleased with Carey's appliance, Pat is great. He takes the time to explain everything and gives me tips on what to do should be doing to maintain my Viking Fridge. The service is spot on, I get a prompt call back every time I leave a message with the office and they ALWAYS call when the technician is on his way to my house. They have done a lot of work for me and I recommend them highly. They are pragmatic and easy to work with and they do a great job with customer service. I would not hesitate to call them and have them service your appliances. 5 STARS!

I've used Carey's 2 times now over the past six years. First for a Viking propane oven and now for a Wolf. Both times Patrick came to service them and was professional, knowledgable and able to get the fix done. Hard to find repair specialists for these brands. Easy to schedule with the person over the phone. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time calling this company! They charged $180 to come out to tell you what's wrong & then say you need three different parts for a total of over $500. When I called to order parts, they tell me they No Longer work on Samsung. Called PC Richards and they come out fix (1) thing on site and it didn't cost me what Carey's charged just for their Incorrect diagnosis!

Carey’s Appliance is the best. They are super busy because they service Viking, Wolf and Subzero, but they were very efficient coming out to my house as promised to service all three types of appliances. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

BEWARE! This is the worse appliance service business I have every used! The technician broke two other parts including the new part when servicing my Subzero refrigerator and charged labor each time he had to come out to fix a part he broke. The customer service representatives/owner are the rudest people. They don’t even deserve one star but unfortunately I have to give a star to post my warning.
