Caribbean Pool Services

We called Caribbean for two reasons; one, we needed the sand in our filter changed, and two, we needed a new pool light. We never made it to the pool light part, because to make a very long story short, they had our filter apart for ten days, trying to coordinate their staff to come out, order parts, get the right parts, try to get the filter apart and put back together... After many attempts, they basically told me they had inadvertently damaged whatever mechanism or bolts were involved in getting it back together. In the end, my filter was rendered worthless, they claimed that it was too old to be serviced (it's 13 years old, not that old for a pool filter, plus it was working just fine before they touched it, just needed a sand change). They were hire to replace pool tile. They never give me what time they were coming. When they arrive they cut the lock to gate to get in. They fill 4 of are big trash can full of tile and cement and left it and left more trash laying around. Contractors refuse to clean up their mess. They also took my 100 foot extension cord and my sub pump. When I call about it they said they would bring back , but did non happen. If you call office and complain they all way say owner out of office and will call you back. But of course it doesn't happen. They also broke thing during repair.

Very unprofessional with communication, doesn’t keep you updated with orders or time framing, we have reached out so many times with them not having answers with repairs. Very disappointing, doesn’t seem to care about their clients. Hire someone else for pool repairs and all your chemical needs.
