Phil, Mark, and the rest of the team at Caribbean Pools & Spas are top notch. We had a very custom pool design and they absolutely crushed it. It took them about two months from start to finish, which is super impressive in the dead of summer. They managed the project, worked well with the other contractors on the project, were on time and on budget (with a few excellent extras that they recommended along the way), and picked up the phone when I called them. All you can ask for these days! It's worth mentioning we got quotes for fiberglass pools and this completely custom gunite pool (and spa) was cheaper! You won't be disappointed going with Caribbean!

I would give them a B+ for installation and working with them during construction; however, I am giving them an F for follow up warranty work. We call and text but it takes weeks for a call back and that's only after numerous calls from us and our home builder.

Right from the start Phil Harris was the consummate professional listening to our input from what we wanted with our new pool. The whole installation process was exceptional. Mark made sure everything was done perfectly and is always available for any questions and concerns!! These two are wonderful team and we love our pool !!!

Caribbean is the finest in ground pool builder in Wilmington. And what's just as great - 10 years later they still care about their product and customers. When something goes wrong, they're a text away. Mark Benton is the best!

Caribbean was pleasant to work with, did a great job, and we would pick them again. We really like the multiple custom features they recommended and love the way the pool turned out. Phil, Mark, and crew took care of every issue that came up and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We got bids on fiberglass and gunite pools. At another house, we put in a fiberglass pool, and also previously had a lined pool. Gunite and fiberglass bids came in at about the same price. Installation took longer than with a fiberglass pool - and a little longer than planned - but we feel we got much better value for our money over a fiberglass pool.
