TruGreen Lawn Care

TruGreen has been prompt and very courteous as they have serviced our lawn. Our lawn was not an established lawn but one in need if a lot of help and as we were doing much of the tree and shrub removal and trying to get grass to grow where lg pines once stood we knew it would take time. A couple of years maybe. Surprisingly with the lime, weed, and fertilizer spraying that TruGreen has done I think we may be a little ahead of the game! If we had been blessed with more rain earlier in the summer I think things would have been even better! Thank you TruGreen!!

TruGreen has proven their worth and quality of service. Our lawn has never looked better. Joseph provides excellent care of our lawn, also provides insights on ways we can help to keep our lawn in great condition in between services. Technician discussed the lawn issues created in our lawn from his last treatment. He said the spotty fertilization affects and lawn burn could have resulted from the broadcast spreader used. He reapplied fertilizer, as well as treated the broad leaf weeds (chatterbitter, nutsedge, spotted spurge, etc) growing vigorously in the side lawn along the driveway. Thank you for your quick response to my concern.

True green has always been our lawn care experts. Cameron Hayes (their technician) was highly attentive and professional throughout our interaction. He arrived on time as scheduled through the app and took the time to walk the entire property with me, carefully explaining every aspect of the process. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism Mr. Hayes demonstrated from start to finish.

Nothing about my lawn changed in over a year. Because they’ll always be extra services they want to sell you and that is what will make your lawn change not just the initial service of fertilizing. When I decided I did not want to keep the service any longer. I didn’t pay for the yearly bill that they sent me and that did not stop the service. I had to call and stop it myself cause they will come out and charge you a one time service if you don’t cancel and it will be more expensive than the pay in full option that I didn’t want. And they have called me every day since I canceled their service. We are going on day 5 of a phone call every day
