As a business owner myself- I know things will not be perfect. Weather will cause delays, construction will always be a gamble with unexpected troubleshooting, supplies may be out of stock, and there may be issues with equipment upon startup! With that being said, we are all finished with our backyard project! I contacted several pool companies, Jason Anderson with Caribbean Pools was the only one to respond within 24hrs (with 3D design options, based on the address! 🤯) He gave estimated pricing and designed the entire job virtually. We just bought a new house & the backyard was nothing but a fenced in dirt pile. So We contacted Caribbean to help turn it in to our little oasis. They helped design the entire project from the pool to the landscaping. Jake was our Designer & he was awesome. We have never had a pool before so he was very helpful in letting us know what we might need. Plus the pros & cons of different ideas. Everything is now complete & we absolutely love it. We recently had our pool installed by Caribbean and the entire experience was great from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Jake who helped us design the project and bring everything to life. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail was just right before work even began. Once design was finalized and work began, every team who had a part in our install was extremely professional and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the result. The scheduling team was also amazing — Brittany and Kathi. I had so many questions/schedule preferences and they were so helpful and got back to me the same day. Highly recommend.
