Greg Hampton at Caring Carpet Care did an absolutely amazing job! He carefully assessed our carpets and was able to remove a stain we’ve never been able to get out — and we’ve tried everything. He made our carpet look brand new again! Greg was super friendly, professional, and efficient. The service was fast and not disruptive at all, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Greg and Caring Carpet Care to anyone who wants their carpets looking fresh and spotless again!

I had an amazing experience with this company. Greg is very nice, knowledgeable and skilled; he was also very flexible with scheduling and understanding of my time constraint with having an upcoming open house. He cleaned and repaired my carpet. The cleaning left my carpet impeccable and smelling great. I had a carpet cleaning done by a large local company a couple weeks prior and there is no comparison to the job that Greg did. As for the repairs where my children had damaged the carpet, I was hesitant at first thinking the seams would be visible but I cannot even tell he replaced the carpet in those areas. He was also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services!

This is arguably the most knowledgeable and reliable carpet cleaner I have ever encountered! Greg is fantastic and he is always great to work with. Greg takes his profession so seriously that he actually is pursuing a chemistry degree and it definitely shows with his ability to explain everything he is going to do and why it is more effective!
