Second time using Riedell for plumbing issues. The office always keeps me informed of how quickly someone can come out, and if an earlier appointment opens up. The crew is always very competent and efficient. Will easily be my first call in the future.

Super friendly and quick service! Appointment was 8-9am and was here at 7:45. Had trouble getting a washing machine shut-off valve on with no leaks and they had it on with the washer ready to go in 5min. Great at explaining how he got it on and other random plumbing questions I had as well. Highly recommend!

Prompt service after reporting no heat on a Saturday morning. The tech was very professional, kept us informed during the diagnostics and fixed the issue so our heat was back up and running. He even shoveled our porch entryway which was above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about Riedell and their team. Always there when we need them.

No heat on one of the coldest winter stretches we've had in years, and Riedell sent a technician within 30 minutes. When it was clear that the current (very old) furnace was not worth fixing, they sent another rep out within an hour to go over new furnace options. Very impressed. Will be using them to install new furnace next week.
