We’re thrilled with our new Terra hardwood floors and Mac Davis’ customer service. The rustic Terra floor we chose has just the right amount of character, and we love the neutral color. The microbevel joint between boards is practically invisible. Madison and Keti were great to work with—knowledgeable, helpful and communicative. The installation crew did a fantastic job; our contractor, who had not previously worked with Mac Davis, was impressed and commented positively about the installation. Highly recommend for the quality product and professional staff!

I worked mostly with Joe who was the Project Manager for our floor install. He was fantastic because he really knows his stuff and cares about getting the job done right! He takes the time to communicate with the installers who also take pride in making sure your floors turn out beautifully. Mac Davis was the clear choice for quality and customer service.
