I had a flood in my apartment-the carpet was fine but was pulled up from the ground. I was told I would be contacted about putting the carpet back but wasn’t for a few days so I called. They said they were pretty booked but could come the following day-just would call about the time. I have had visits in and out of my place to take care of the flooding and work a 12 hr night shift so I slept through the call-and if they came by and knocked it wasn’t loud. Brian left a message-I called back no answer. The next day I called again and Brian answered and was pretty rude. Saying they knocked and left multiple voicemails (the knocking wasn’t loud I guess and I only ever got the one voicemail.) He snapped that they aren’t working today(I wasn’t even saying it had to be today just trying to schedu

I am so happy with my service! From the 1st estimate to the actual repairs, customer service was excellent. I needed my carpet stretched and they did a wonderful job. The man who did our estimate and the two men who showed up to repair the floor all showed up on time and were in and out of our home quickly with a job well done. Would absolutely reccomend this company!

Have used them on two jobs and have been happy with the work, price, result. But they have become impossible to contact for a third project I have. Very frustrating when a business will not return a call or email.

I had them replace carpet in one room and patch two holes. They did a great job, got to the work quickly, and were far more reasonably priced than other companies.

I use this companies services all the time as a property manager. The price is right, the job is well done and the people are friendly.
