Carlisle Wide Plank Floors

The Carlisle team of Robert Kohalmi and Marin Owens provided *2nd-to-None* customer service and I'm so *Thrilled* with the *Cliff Walk* white oak wide plank flooring my architect Allison Johnson and I selected! It's an absolute *Stellar* addition to my contemporary home! Highly recommend to those looking to purchase and replace their old flooring or for your new home! I had Carlisle wide plank flooring installed in my whole downstairs in 2013. It is eastern white pine. The independent dealer installed it. While the floor is very beautiful, it scratches and dents very easily and sounds crackly throughout. It snaps and pops in some places. The dealer insisted it was installed properly but said he would come and put screws in it. I was not crazy about this idea. I plan to pull it up next year and replace with oak- a hardwood. I am not considering Carlisle again.

Rob, Hannah, and Marin have been a pleasure to deal with across a number of projects of varying scope -- both new homes and renovations. Beware of new management! If you are estimating for budget projections and they retrieve the end user contact through a trade, they will undercut and sell direct. Specifically one rep by the name of Scott. After submitting the design plan and working through it for over 6 months, he sold direct to the contractor/client. No loyalty whatsoever and the market around them now produces a superior product. Buyer beware when working with this company.
