Carlos Carpet and Flooring

Carlos carpet and flooring was very quick with our order and install for our runners. They helped us with a reasonable rate for two different colors of the same carpet and the finished product looks great. I appreciated that with our stair size and the pattern we selected, they made professional recommendations of how big the runner should be. Other bigger retailers were more interested in getting the quick sale but Carlos carpet and flooring were much more thorough and professional.

I recently had Carlos Carpeting redo the carpeting on my third floor and stairs. They did an excellent job and the installers (a 3-man team) were polite, professional, and nice to work with. I'll undoubtedly use this company again for help with my hardwood floors. Highly recommend.

We just had a very good experience with Carlos Carpet. Debbie was helpful when we visited the store to chose carpet for our bedroom. Everything went smoothly and quickly from there, including ordering and installation. The price for the wall to wall was very reasonable and it looks beautiful and is good quality. We were happy to give our support to a neighborhood small business. And carpeting in a bedroom is really nice!

Has a small patch in the bedroom carpet to repair after our puppy did some scratching. They were able to send a guy out within a few days notice at the end of our lease to fix it and avoid a costly penalty from our security deposit. There was a small bleach spot on the carpet near the washer machine we didn’t even think to mention and the technician noticed it and fixed it. Both fixes aren’t even noticeable any more. Huge help.
