Carlos is very professional, honest, and ethical. He answers the phone himself, and responds in a timely manner. He doesn't do unnecessary work, focuses on problems he can solve, and wil refer you to someone he trusts if he determines the job is outside his specialty. He even gave me detailed instructions on how I could isolate the issue down to something I could easily fix myself. The world needs more people like Carlos!
