KONA Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I called Kona Carpet after a disappointing experience with another cleaner who left my carpets so wet they started to smell like mildew. From the moment I called Kona, I knew they genuinely wanted to help fix the issue. The owner even tried to squeeze me in right away, but our schedules didn’t line up. I was moving out of state, and my kids would be staying there, so I wanted the carpets clean and fresh for them. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, used professional equipment, and offered an amazing price. My daughter even FaceTimed me from California to show how great the carpets looked! Kona Carpets truly turned things around for us.

Kona did an excellent job on our carpets and area rugs. I am so happy to have found them! Jennifer in the office and Jason the technician were both professional, efficient and friendly. The cost was very reasonable and I will definitely be using them again! I also plan to have them out for pressure washing soon. I dread having to find new home service professionals but using Kona was an overall great experience and they are now my go-to for these services!

Very Professional. I liked their website explaining what to do prior and what after. Our Carpet looked Great!! He even got stains out. And surprise He cleaned my Front door Mat. Nice surprise. We will have him come back and Steam clean our Tile floors !!!! Excellent and very Personable and careing!

This is the 2nd time that I’ve had Kona clean my carpets. The office staff and on-site cleaner are very professional, nice and a pleasure to work with. Their quoting and scheduling process is easy and they show up when they say they will be here. Jason does a super job cleaning the carpets! End result is awesome. I highly recommend Kona.
