Carl's Septic Systems and Services in New Hampshire

We had backup flowing into the basement on a weekend of course. I called Carl's and a real knowledgeable person answered the phone not a answering service. She was wonderful!!! She explained things to me and assured me they would be out that morning ASAP. Less than 2 hours there was a Technician at the house checking things out and fixing the problem! He then took the time to explain how the septic system worked and answered all our questions. Carl's Septic has real 24hr Emergency Services. I highly recommend them and will only use them in the future. Thank you again for the great service and personal attention. It is greatly appreciated

Last night we found ourselves with an overflowing septic tank. Our regular pumping company does not provide emergency service. I called Carl's, spoke with Toby, who put us at ease, and had a truck to our house early this morning and a technician soon after. Initially they thought pump failure, but quickly found it to be burned up wires instead. A much quicker and cheaper fix. We appreciated their honesty. Both gentlemen were friendly and courteous. Going forward , Carl's has our business for sure! Thank you

We were having issues with our septic, we kept smelling it and had constant wet spots. I called Carl's Septic and Tobey came right out and was able to determine that our leach field was shot! He immediately got to work on an estimate and quickly had his team digging up our yard. The entire process was great. He kept me informed of everything they were doing! They even include the hydro-seeding at the end! Highly recommend!

I had Carl's come out for my regular septic tank pump. Great, friendly service. Fast forward to when I needed them for an after hours septic tank alarm call. Tobey answered and quickly put everything at ease. The next day they sent out their team member, Caleb, to address the issue. Caleb made sure I understood the inner workings of a septic tank/system before he left,and fixed the problem. I HIGHLY recommend Carl's to EVERYONE. GREAT, PERSONABLE SERVICE.
