Derry well & pump LLC

Very Disappointed. Needed my well treated and called Derry Well and Pump on a Friday. At the time of the conversation the gentleman was very helpful and said we were located near their shop and they could come Monday afternoon on their way back to the shop. They said to call Monday morning and they would give me a rough idea on time. I called and got no answer and left a message, never heard back. I called in the afternoon and the gentleman answered and said they were running behind and would call and let me know a time later that day. Never showed and never called. Tuesday morning I tried calling again, no answer, tried again in the afternoon no answer, they told me they would provide a service no showed and didn't even have the courtesy of calling. Called a week ago about an estimate, Bob gave me a reasonable estimate and told me to call Zack to schedule a day to drill the Well. A week later they were there, 285 feet down and 10 gallons a minute and they were done in one day. Highly recommend Derry Well Drilling

I interviewed a handful of well companies. Zach at Derry well was the most straight forward. My quote was competitive. Zach's team showed up and completed the well in 2 days. Two more days were needed to trench and run necessary connections. The area was returned to its original condition. We are very happy and highly recommend Derry Well.
